Metrics for display on the analytics page
Employment Tracker - which includes the following metrics:
- Number of projects: This metric reflects how many projects a freelancer is registered on. It's a useful metric for determining the overall level of activity and employment on the platform. Additionally, the number of successfully completed projects can be indicated for a specific period of time: month, quarter, or year.
- Conversion: This metric shows the ratio of the number of requests for projects to the number of projects actually accepted. It indicates the effectiveness of attracting and converting potential clients into real projects. Conversion is also measured over a specific period of time.
📎 This element can be placed first in the analytics list, as it may be the most optimal in size and can serve as the opening element on the analytics page. As for appearance, it could be a small component with the specified metrics in the form of highlighted numbers, with the option to select a time period for some indicators.

Rating or Success Metrics
- Platform rating can impact the ability to acquire new projects and attract new clients. Analyzing the platform rating of users who work with the Freelancer in the same field. "You're Cooler than 65% of Platform Users in SEO Optimization" - This is a way to motivate the user to grow, develop, and use analytics more often. This kind of gamification will improve user interaction with the service.
- Average response time to inquiries: This metric indicates the average time a Freelancer spends responding to client inquiries. It can encourage improving communication skills with clients and responding to inquiries more effectively.
- Brief tips, reminders directly affecting rating improvement (pre-made advice template)
📎 The appearance of this component depends on which metric will be the main one. Simple highlighted numbers can be used, reinforced with a histogram for the Rating section, indicating the current rating position, growth, or decline, within a selected fixed period - over several months.

Engagement
💬 I would merge this element with the analytics of user profile visits, which already exists.
- Client Traffic: Traffic from clients who independently visit the user's profile, the number of project inquiries received, as well as the conversion of traffic into successful orders. These metrics will help determine how many project inquiries the user receives and how successfully they respond to them.
